NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Barton College’s Oscar Fiorentino has been named the Off the Block Men’s Volleyball National Setter of the Week.
Fiorentino, a senior from Bayamon, PUERTO RICO, averaged 38.0 assists, 1.7 service aces and 2.0 digs in leading the Bulldogs to a 3-0 week with home victories over St. Francis Brooklyn (3-2), Lees-McRae (3-0) and King (Tenn.) (3-0). As a team, the Bulldogs hit .381 for the week.
Fiorentino is a two-time All-Conference Carolinas honoree (2018-19) who currently ranks first in the league in assists per set (10.82) and second on the school’s all-time list with 2,356 assists.
